All shipment are based on flat rates and are shipped using UPS Ground Services unless an alternative method is requested before placing an order. Orders usually ship from our location with in 24 hours or purchase. Allow up to an extra 4-5 business days for your purchase to arrive at your door. If we are unable to deliver on time you will be notified either by email or directly by phone. Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and/or holidays. For example, if your order is placed after 10:00 AM (CST) Friday, then the next available shipping day would be Monday. Sales Tax State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax (6.25%) on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas. |
| Easy Returns & Exchanges |
30-Day Return/Exchange Policy All qualified returns and exchanges will be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and be in it's original packaging unopened. If the package has been opened than you will only qualify for an exchange as long as item is not damaged or used. If item is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately so that we can return or exchange the item in a timely manor. |
