| Additional Notes:I found a sweet, neutered black & white male dog who seems to
be a mix (black lab/border collie and maybe chow as he has short, thick fur that
looks reddish in the sun). He has white on nose and chest, feet and tail. On April
23rd he was dodging traffic on Hwy 90 access road vicinity of Security Service
Credit Union/Lackland. Wearing a collar but no tags or ID chip. Very sweet; he
appears to be house trained and is certainly kennel trained. Follows commands/walks
on leash. At first we thought he was a youngster as his teeth are very clean; but
vet says maybe 6-7 (he is an adult at least!) Obviously missed by his family (?) as
I can’t imagine that he was “dumped.” He is safe and being cared for, but we can
not keep him. I listed him on 25 May; found 23 April Hwy 90W at 410 near Lackland. |
